absolute service. I ordered flowers for my mom and she couldn't hear the door or phone. They made great efforts to contact her and get her a beautiful arrangement. I can't say enough good things., She went way above the call of duty and showed great compasiion for my mom and delivered her birthday flowers despite many obstacles. Thanks!

Excellent service- order was delivered extremely quickly and the shopkeeper was very thoughtful and professional on the phone. She made sure to check with me about using a different vase than pictured before delivering the flowers since they did not have that color vase in stock. Would recommend to anyone who needed flowers delivered in the area.

My Cousin took a sad turn. I live 8 hours away. I called Flowers by Lily around 1pm and they delivered a bright bouquet to her by the end of the day-even though it was a Friday! The person on the phone was friendly and thorough and my cousin said the flowers were fresh and beautiful. I will use them again
